KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Berhad is proud of its latest development in Kepong, M Nova, because 90 per cent of the first of three towers was taken up over the weekend, said its founder and group managing director, Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum.
M Nova has a gross development value of RM790 million and consists of three blocks of serviced residences (Towers A, B, and C) with three layouts: 700 sq ft (two bedrooms), 850 sq ft (three beds), and 1,000 sq ft (four bedrooms), priced starting at RM328,000.
This affordable mixed-use development also includes 11 retail lots and drive-through retail.
According to Leong, M Nova is specifically intended for urban-sized families looking for a comfortable living experience inside Greater Kuala Lumpur.
Leong said Tower B is currently open for sale, due to the positive response to the first tower, which contains a total of 624 units.
"The strong take-up for Tower A clearly demonstrates that Mah Sing is on the right track with its focus on offering products that align with market demand at attractive price points, have practical layouts, have well-designed features, and are strategically located," he said.
M Nova is the developer's third project in Kepong, following Lakeville Residence and M Luna.
The project is situated within the well-established neighbourhoods of Kepong, Taman Selayang Jaya, Batu Caves, Bandar Menjalara, Segambut, Taman Seri Gombak, and Sentul and is only 12.9 kilometres (KM) from KLCC.
Homebuyers at M Nova will have views of Batu Caves and Bukit Lagong Forest Reserve, which are located nearby the Forest Research Institute Malaysia.
Aside from that, the property is two kilometres from the 235-acre Kepong Metropolitan Park, which includes a 140-acre lake.
Yeoh Chee Beng, Mah Sing's chief executive officer for property subsidiaries, said that the company is committed to delivering sustainable yet affordable homes to Malaysians in addition to supplying well-designed complexes in important areas.
"We believe in the importance of building sustainable homes to enhance the lifestyle and well-being of our residents as well as the community in the long run," he said.
Mah Sing recently celebrated the early completion of M Adora in Wangsa Melawati, which also received the company's highest QLASSIC score of 85 per cent among its M Series developments.
"This is a testament to our brand promise of timely delivery of projects, great-quality products, affordability, excellence in service, and sustainability in operations. We are committed to upholding this and replicating the success of our projects," said Leong.
Leong said that M Nova, together with M Astra and M Panora, has received provisional GreenRE Bronze accreditation for green buildings.
"We will strive to achieve the same for our ongoing and future developments," he added.
