Tropicana Metropark adds new life to Subang Jaya

KUALA LUMPUR: Tropicana Metropark has launched SouthPlace 2 Shoppes & Residences (SouthPlace 2) in Subang Jaya, bringing further life to the region. 

  SouthPlace 2 comprises 553 serviced apartments and 74 commercial retail sites, catering to urban living with parkfront views and ideal connections.

  SouthPlace Shoppes, with Mercato as the anchor tenant, has seen a 90 per cent take-up rate, according to Ixora Ang, Tropicana's executive director of marketing and sales.

  The success of SouthPlace Shoppes demonstrates market confidence in this integrated masterplan, which includes a growing middle-upper community, a completed 9.2-acre urban park, Sri KDU International School, and a strategic location with a direct link to the Federal Highway.

  This 88-acre Tropicana Metropark is a signature development that provides prime connectivity to the Federal Highway via the Tropicana Metropark Link, as well as proximity to Sunway Medical and Subang Jaya Medical Centre, Glenmarie Golf & Country Club, Saujana Golf & Country Club, and Kelab Golf Negara Subang.

  According to Ang, the apartments are suitable for first-time buyers, couples, and families.

  The first two levels of the 4.4-acre, 38-story integrated development house 74 retail lots with an average price of RM1.58 million.
