KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer Premier De Muara Sdn Bhd has handed over vacant possession to all 270 buyers of Tower A of the Picasso Residence.
Located at Jalan Jelatek off Jalan Ampang and within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, the 1.42 hectare Picasso Residence comprises Tower A and Tower B which consists of 270 and 202 units respectively.
Premier De Muara managing director Datuk Andrew Tan said it has received warm response since the launch of the Picasso Residence last year and has sold all the 472 units of the Tower A and Tower B.
Tan said Picasso Residence, which carries a gross development value of RM1.08 billion, offers five types of layouts with each unit comes with a private lift.
"To date, 83 per cent of the Picasso Residence has been completed. The project is planned in two phases.
"We have completed Phase 1 or Tower A with 270 units and vacant possession was granted to purchasers starting September 13, 2024," he said.
Phase 2 or Tower B with 202 units is expected to be completed in June 2025.
Premier Construction (International) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of PRG Holdings Bhd and the main contractor of Picasso Residence, took over the main construction contract since the revival of the project.
