The lockdown ends on Aug 1 but the Uzbekistan government may extend it if the situation does not improve.
However, national youth coach Brad Maloney is unperturbed as his only focus is on his trainees, currently in camp at Wisma FAM in Kelana Jaya.
"It is out of our hands. We just have to wait and see.
"We will not change our plans for now. The goal is to prepare for the tournament until further notice," said Maloney on Friday.
The Australian is delighted that he can conduct full-contact training beginning Wednesday.
"I think this is great news. It would be good to organise practice matches for the boys.
"There is no change in our programme. The boys will do basic training until full-contact training is allowed," he added.
