KUALA LUMPUR: The Kuala Lumpur HA (KLHA) annual general meeting (AGM)-cum-elections, scheduled for tomorrow (Dec 28), has been postponed due to a delay in receiving audited accounts from external auditors.
In a letter dated Dec 24, it was stated that the council has not received the necessary audited accounts, making it unable to proceed with the AGM.
"As the requirements of Clause 15 of the Constitution have not been met, we advise that legally the council is not in a position to hold the AGM," the letter read.
The elections were expected to feature a contest between HockAcademy president Datuk Seri Megat D. Shahriman Zaharudin and the incumbent, I. Vikneswaran, for the KLHA hot seat.
