KUALA LUMPUR: National diver Nur Dhabitah Sabri has comfortably qualified for the women's 3 metre springboard individual event semi-finals at the Paris Olympics.
Dhabitah placed 12th from 28 divers in the preliminaries today after her dives scored 67.50, 63.00, 54.00, 48.00 and 51.15 points for a 283.65 total at the Paris Aquatics Centre.
Only the top-18 divers made the cut for the semi-finals which will be held tomorrow.
A string of injuries had hampered Dhabitah's performances in recent seasons but she is back to full-fitness for the Paris games.
World championships silver medallist Chen Yiwen of China topped the preliminaries on 356.40 while Australian Maddison Keeney was second on 337.35.
Mexico's Aranza Vazquez rounded out the top-three on 321.75.
