KUALA LUMPUR: The word 'Afifah Nasir' has made it into the Urban Dictionary, a crowdsourced online dictionary of slang words and phrases.
A user, identified as Kgmottouboi registered the word on July 29, just a few days after the controversy between Singaporean singer-actor Aliff Aziz and his ‘Izinkan Aku Mencintaimu’ drama co-star, Afifah Nasir, went viral on social media.
Aliff was alleged to have assaulted his wife, Dayang Nabellah Awang Astillah, at a karaoke centre in Taman Shamelin, Cheras on July 27 after he was caught in a room with Afifah.
In the entry, Kgmottouboi defined 'Afifah Nasir' as "a girl that desperately wants other people's husband. And doesn't feel guilty at all."
The user also gave a sample sentence that goes: “She is such an “Afifah Nasir”, she ruined other people’s marriage and acted nothing happened”.
The word has since garnered 658 likes and 17 dislikes.
Urban Dictionary allows anyone with a Facebook or Gmail account to submit words or phrases to the dictionary.
Visitors can agree or disagree with the definitions using an up and down vote system.
Afifah, the sister of actress Anzalna, has been under public scrutiny after went out to a karaoke centre in Cheras with singer and actor Aliff Aziz on July 27.
It was reported that Aliff's wife, who is also known as Bella, suffered minor injuries to her face and knees. She lodged a police report following the incident.
Aliff was then detained at 2am the next day, under Section 323 of the Penal Code and Section 18A of the Domestic Violence Act 1994, for assault. He was released on police bail on Saturday.
Bella later withdrew the police report made against her husband.
Aliff and Bella, who is currently in confinement, recently welcomed their first child - a baby boy.
