KUALA LUMPUR: Newlywed actress Izara Aishah looked radiant during her solemnisation ceremony last night, but Netizens seemed to pay more attention to the bridal veil that she paired with her wedding attire.
The 25-year-old ditched the conventional sheer veil and opted for something a little different and modern, wearing an extremely elaborated veil with the fabric, a thick, non-sheer material, designed by renowned Malaysian designer Datuk Rizalman Ibrahim.
Some Netizens deemed her choice of veil as a little over-the-top, while others compared the veil to a table mat, and even a curtain.
Facebook user said: “Asal Izara letak langsir atas kepala?” (Why did she wear a curtain over her head?)
But others beg to differ and complimented the designer for creating a stunning look, stating she looked classy and beautiful.
