KUALA LUMPUR: Actress and host Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor was the big winner at the InTrend Gala Night 2017 held on Thursday at Aloft Hotel here.
The 28-year-old was presented with the Most Charming Celebrity award, the Inspiring Woman award and the highest honour of the night, the Iconic Role Model award (Anugerah Adi Teladan).
Neelofa shared about her success on her Instagram, where she wrote: "If you are successful, it is because somewhere, sometime, someone gave you a life or an idea that started you in the right direction.
"Melinda Gates said those words and it is true, my success today, where I am now, is mostly because of my fans, who always have my back no matter what."
A total of 12 awards were given out at the ceremony organised by the lifestyle, beauty and fashion magazine in conjunction with its 12th anniversary celebration.
Other winners include Datuk Seri Vida (Viral Star award), Shikin Gomez (Hottest Model award), Vivy Yusof (Social Media Influencer award), Syafiq Kyle (Most Desired Male award) and Rizman Ruzaini (Popular Celebrity Fashion Designer award).
The event saw performances by Dayang Nurfaizah, De Fam and Hael Husaini, as well as a fashion show featuring the works of 12 local designers selected by InTrend, such as Jovian Mandagie, Rizman Ruzaini, Nurita Harith and Syaiful Baharim.
