KUALA LUMPUR: Former Miss Hong Kong 2014 second runner-up Katherine Ho, who announced her divorce last Wednesday, was caught kissing another man a day before the announcement.
Entertainment portal Jayne Stars reported last Thursday that Ho, 27, the star of Hong Kong Television Broadcasts (TVB) drama Deep In The Realm Of Conscience ended her nine-month marriage with 67-year-old millionaire Wu Zicheng. They had dated for three years and were married in July 2018.
But a day earlier, she was spotted at a party in Lan Kwai Fong district dancing and kissing with 50-year-old billionaire Anson Chan.
Ho announced her divorce in an Instagram post which featured a photo of herself with fellow actresses in a TVB costume drama she starred in. She said: “We have decided to separate on good terms and we will continue to be good friends. Thank you everyone for your support.”
According to Jayne Stars, Ho and Chan kissed several times during the party, and they were inseparable.
Chan’s family has assets estimated to be worth over HK$10 billion (RM5.3 billion), while Wu's net worth is HK$3 billion (RM1.6 billion).
Ho and Chan have declined to comment on their alleged relationship. It is believed that the marriage of Ho and Wu ended because he did not want to have children.
Interestingly, Ho’sbco-star in Deep In The Realm Of Conscience, Jacqueline Wong, was recently in the limelight for sharing kisses with singer-actor Andy Hui in early April.
