KUALA LUMPUR: Singer Datuk Nora Ariffin has quashed rumours that her marriage is on the rocks.
In a Harian Metro report today, the 50-year-old artiste said that her two-year-old marriage to Dr Rushdi Ramli is fine and dandy.
"Praise be to God, at my age now, I'm very grateful to be blessed with a supportive husband, children and daughter-in-law, as well as an entertaining grandson," shared Nora who refused to respond to the malicious gossip about her personal life.
"I just want to focus on my life's priorities which also include my younger children's education, new projects, health and career."
Nora announced her marriage to Rushdi sometime in 2021, but she didn't include details about her second marriage.
She also shared that Rushdi was a good friend of her first husband, the late Johan Nawawi.
Nora and Johan married in 1992 and they have been blessed with four children.
Johan passed away in 2017 after a heart attack. He was 52.
