#SHOWBIZ: Sein praises wife Nana for choosing family over music career

KUALA LUMPUR: Sein Qudsi of Ruffedge fame admires his wife, Noor Diyana Muhammad, known as Nana, for prioritising their family over her music career.

Sein, whose real name is Syed Hussein Syed Mustafa Al Qudsy, shared that while he supported Nana's passion for the arts, she chose to step back to focus on their children.

"My wife no longer sings. She is solely focused on the household. Our children have many needs and require a lot of attention," he said.

Their eldest child, 17, has started college early, while their other children are 15, 10, and 4 years old.

He said managing the younger ones demanded significant attention from their mother.

Sein, now a TV drama director, said that his children had shown artistic talents, though he never encouraged it at home.

"They found out on their own, and I do not hinder their creative talents. It's up to them, as long as they know what they want to do," he said.

Sein married Nana, daughter of former Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Muhammad Muhammad Taib, on July 8, 2006.

The couple won the third season of the show "Sehati Berdansa". Nana also competed in the first season of TV3's reality show "Mentor" in 2005 as a member of FO'3 under Cat Farish's mentorship.
