#SHOWBIZ: Neelofa, PU Riz prefer not to overexpose children on social media

KUALA LUMPUR: Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor and husband Muhammad Haris Ismail say they prefer not to overexpose their children on social media.

In a Harian Metro report today, the celebrity couple said although many had seen the faces of both their children, three-year-old Muhammad Bilal and one-year-old Abdullah Abbas, they still prefer to edit the faces of the two boys in the pictures they share on social media.

"We're comfortable doing so, so that they won't be overly exposed," the report quoted them as saying.

Neelofa, 35, and Haris, 29, said this in response to some netizens who had been confused by their measure of protecting their young children on social media.

While some agreed that both celebrities were entitled to some privacy, they were a little disappointed as they could not fully appreciate looking at photos of the two young children since the parents had blurred their faces in the photos they shared on social media.

"Although many had seen Abdullah Abbas when we take him outside, we still do not have any plans to share his photos on a public platform," they said in the report.
