#SHOWBIZ: Yasmin Hani, ex-husband stay close for kids

ACTRESS and host Yasmin Hani is grateful that her separation from ex-husband Sha'arin Razali Wong has never affected their relationship and their children.

Yasmin said they still manage their children together and if there was any disagreement, the matter would be resolved immediately for the children's sake.

"Thank God, the children are okay. We also go on holiday together. If there is anything, Sha'arin will come. He also comes home to see the children.

"My mother had also slept at his house. We are still close, like before. It's just that we are no longer husband and wife.

"We don't want the children to be affected. Praise be to God, I think we succeeded. Our homes are close by, so it's easy to take care of the children," she said in a recent 'Berita Harian' report.

Yasmin added that they were in contact daily for the children's affairs and have a calendar that lists their activities.

"The children have many activities like  tuition and football," she said.

Yasmin and Sha'rin, who was the drummer of 1990s rock band Black Rose, tied the knot in 2015 but divorced after almost 10 years of marriage.

The two have two sons, Noah Ismail Wong, 10, and Eissa Elzander Wong, 7.
