KUALA LUMPUR: Actor Fattah Amin, 33, has strongly denied being unfaithful to his ex-wife, actress Nur Fazura Sharifuddin, 41, following their divorce at the Petaling District Syariah Lower Court in Subang Bestari today.
In a Harian Metro report, Fattah said that he was shocked to hear accusations that he was a "disloyal" husband to Fazura.
"I strongly deny that I have been disloyal to my former wife. In fact my lawyer told me that there was no infidelity mentioned in the court case," he said.
Fattah also regretted that Fazura "revealed certain things" to the public which had made him "look bad" in the eyes of the public.
"We had both agreed not to make each other look bad to the public. This agreement was made by both parties before the divorce."
Earlier, Fazura revealed that Fattah was "disloyal" to her while they were married, but did not elaborate further.
Fattah and Fazura were married on Nov 27, 2017 and have a 4-year-old daughter Nur Fatima Aisya.
