#SHOWBIZ: Let me go, says Diana to Farid

KUALA LUMPUR: Actress Diana Danielle recently posted a video on Instagram showing herself burning a piece of paper, believed to be a letter from her husband, Farid Kamil.

In the video, Diana, whose full name is Diana Danielle Danny Beeson, explained that the letter no longer held any significance for her.

"The 'fraudulent' letter has no place in my heart," she wrote.

In a previous statement, Diana described Farid as "cruel" if he intended to delay their divorce in court.

She revealed that they had attempted to reconcile a year ago, but their efforts ultimately failed.

"I have spent a year trying to make things work," Diana said.

"If he wants to keep me tied in this marriage just to prolong the process, that's cruel. I don't want to continue this marriage. My intentions are clear."

Farid recently shared a message celebrating their 12th wedding anniversary, accompanied by a photo from their 2012 wedding.

This post comes amid ongoing tension, as Diana recently announced her intent to file for divorce for the second time.

The couple, who married on Nov 3, 2012, have two children, Muhammad, 11, and Nur Aurora, 9.
