JOHOR BARU: A total of 475 victims from 119 families are still seeking shelter at nine flood relief centres in five districts in Johor as at 8am this morning.
Johor National Security Council (NSC) said Kluang is still the district with the highest number of flood victims with 252 victims from 54 families currently being housed at four centres there.
This is followed by Batu Pahat with 122 victims from 37 families, Kota Tinggi (72 victims from 20 families), Muar (18 victims from six families) and Segamat (11 victims).
Two centres are still operating in Batu Pahat and one each in Muar, Kota Tinggi and Segamat.
At midnight, the number stood at 464 victims from 115 families being sheltered at eight relief centres.
