SEPANG: A teenager has been arrested for allegedly posing as a Serdang Hospital staff member.
Sepang police chief Assistant Commissioner Wan Kamarul Azran Wan Yusof confirmed that they have received a report in connection with the case.
"The female suspect has been taken to the Dato Abu Bakar Baginda police station. She was posing as a staff member at the hospital for about a week," he said today (Thursday).
Wan Kamarul Azran said he was unable to provide more details as investigations were still ongoing.
News of the teen's alleged act, which seemed to have gone viral in certain social media sites, claimed that the "impersonator" was just 14 years old.
At press time, details of the case were still sketchy.
Efforts to seek comments from the Serdang Hospital management about the alleged incident are in progress.
