Police seek help in locating missing Klang man

KUALA LUMPUR: The police are requesting assistance from the public to locate a 23-year-old man who has been missing since yesterday.

Muhammad Nidza Afham left his house in Bandar Puteri Klang yesterday at 7.45pm, wearing a blue black shirt.

He took the e-hailing inDrive to Sultan Sulaiman Stadium to go jogging.

His girlfriend contacted him at 9.04pm but was unable to reach him.

Using a phone search app, his last known location was at Jambatan Kota, near the Klang Royal City Council.

His sister went to the place and found his phone and wallet, containing his identification card, and student card.

His automated teller machine card, however, was missing.

South Klang police chief Assistant Commissioner Cha Hoong Fong said in a statement that a missing person report was lodged at the Klang police station this morning at 4.22am.

Earlier today, it was reported that singer, Aufahanie, 21, said she is still trying to find her brother Nidza Afham, who is also a singer.

Aufahanie, whose full name is Nur Aufahanie Mokhtar said that Afham did not show any strange behavior before he disappeared while out jogging at the Sultan Suleiman Stadium in Klang yesterday, according to Harian Metro.
