KUANTAN: The suspect who attacked a Year Six pupil with a fork resulting in minor injuries on Oct 2 has been referred to the Tengku Ampuan Afzan Hospital (HTAA) here.
District police chief Assistant Commissioner Wan Mohd Zahari Wan Busu said the suspect is believed to be under depression.
"We have referred the victim to HTAA to enable him to undergo the necessary tests and treatment," he said when contacted today.
Yesterday, it was reported a 12-year-old pupil suffered minor injuries to the neck when he was attacked by a man who was armed with a fork.
Both the suspect and the victim, who were related, received outpatient treatment at HTAA.
