At today's proceedings, deputy public prosecutor, Danial Munir requested the court set a new date for remention as additional documents were required.
The accused's lawyer, Muhammad Qayyim Saiful Bahari did not object.
The accused is also facing two counts of sexual assault under Sections 14 (a) and 15 (a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act. He has pleaded not guilty to both charges.
In September, social media users raised concerns over the accused's TikTok videos of school children with unsettling captions.
