SUNGAI BULOH: A woman who assaulted someone with a bamboo stick at a petrol station in Hillpark Saujana Utama here will be charged tomorrow.
It is understood that the 42-year-old woman will be charged at the Sungai Besar magistrate's court.
Sungai Buloh police chief Superintendent Mohd Hafiz Muhammad Nor said the investigation papers had been submitted to the deputy public prosecutor's office.
"The suspect will be charged under Section 506 of the Penal Code, Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act 1955 and Section 90 of the Police Act 1967," he said in a statement today.
'Harian Metro' reported that the woman was arrested at the Saujana Utama police station here last Saturday.
Earlier, the police had received information from the 24-year-old petrol station supervisor regarding the incident.
