RM2 million Lamborghini gutted in Bukit Bintang blaze

KUALA LUMPUR: A Lamborghini worth approximately RM2 million caught fire at a parking lot at Pavilion Residences at Jalan Raja Chulan in Bukit Bintang here, early today.

No one was hurt in the incident, which destroyed at least 40 per cent of the luxury sports car.

The Fire and Rescue Department received a call on the blaze at about 2.40am, and deployed 14 personnel in two FRT trucks and one Emergency Medical Rescue Service (EMRS) vehicle from the Pudu and Tun Razak stations to the scene.

"We took several minutes to extinguish the flames.

"No one was hurt. The forensics unit is conducting an investigation into the cause of the fire," said operations commander Mohd Rozi Jusoh.
