Hard Rock Cafè KL turns 30, to celebrate through charity

KUALA LUMPUR: Hard Rock Cafè KL will turn 30 years old tomorrow and the brand is set to commemorate their anniversary through charity and limited offers.

The iconic establishment first opened its doors in 1991. It has been home to many club bands such as NRG and The Strollers, among others.

In light of the ongoing pandemic, Hard Rock Cafè KL will be donating 500 food packets to Kechara Soup Kitchen to feed the homeless.

Also to commemorate their anniversary, they will be offering a 30% discount on all food, beverage and merchandise for the public tomorrow.

In a press release, Hard Rock Cafè KL said the first 100 people to purchase a Classic Hard Rock Cafè Kuala Lumpur t-shirt will receive them for a special price of RM30.

"The recent pandemic has had a profound impact on our community and while we can't celebrate our anniversary by holding concerts yet, it will not stop us from helping the less fortunate. HRCKL is proud to partner with Kechara Soup Kitchen again to feed the homeless as part of our ongoing commitment to charitable programmes," said Danish Zulfiqar, Marketing Manager of Hard Rock Cafè KL.

In line with the Covid-19 SOPs, the cafè is only allowed to accommodate fully vaccinated guests.
