KUALA LUMPUR: A trailer overturned on the PLUS highway at KM 381.3 south-bound between Slim River and Behrang, blocking all four lanes.
Plus Malaysia Bhd (Plus) reported that the accident, which occurred at around 3am today has caused a four-kilometre buildup of stalled traffic.
"Please use an alternative route to head south. Drive safely," @plustrafik (https://twitter.com/plustrafik) tweeted.
According to the latest update as of 7.45am, all lanes are still blocked and work to clear the route is underway.
Southbound vehicles are diverted out to the Slim River Toll Plaza, Plus wrote.
