KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Lumpur City Hall has dispatched traffic wardens and rescue teams to assist in dispersal and rerouting of traffic following flash floods striking several parts of the city centre.
The areas involved include Salak Highway, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Kuching, KL-Seremban Highway, and the Sultan Iskandar Highway.
A source from DBKL said that some 25 personnel were dispatched to help divert the traffic.
"The traffic from the Dato Onn roundabout has been diverted to Jalan Kuching. The traffic is moving from parliament building towards the Dato Onn roundabout," he said when contacted.
