The awards ceremony is hosted annually with the support of the Women, Family, and Community Development Ministry, with minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri the guest of honour last night.
The recognition CSR Malaysia is Media Prima's third award for good environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices since 2022.
The company was awarded Silver at The Edge ESG Awards 2022 and given the "Industry Excellence Award for Corporate Governance (CG) Disclosure' at the MSWG-Asean Corporate Governance Award 2021, organised by the Minority Shareholders Watch Group.
