BATU PAHAT: Yong Peng District Council is set to commemorate the Battle of Muar, a pivotal moment of Malaysia's World War II history, with a day of remembrance and educational activities in Parit Sulong, Batu Pahat.
Media Digital Johor, in a Facebook post, said the event is slated to take place at Dataran Berek JKR Lama from 9am to 5am and aims to honour the courage and sacrifice of the soldiers who fought in the Battle of Muar.
