KUANTAN: The Perbadanan Setiausaha Kerajaan (PSK) Pahang has strongly denied issuing any statements or documents in connection with the implementation of Malaysia's fifth large scale solar (LSS5) programme.
PSK Pahang, in a statement, said they received a complaint in connection with forged documents issued by a third party allegedly linked to the implementation of LSS5.
"PSK vehemently denies being involved or has any interest in LSS5. The false documents related to LSS5 have been issued by an irresponsible third party with the intention to deceive.
"PSK has never issued any statements, documents or other related materials concerning LSS5, and will not be responsible for any loss, damages or implications resulting from the issuance of the forged documents by a third party.
"PSK is taking the matter seriously by initiating legal action against any quarters involved in forging PSK's identity and the signature of PSK staff," read the statement, adding that all parties are urged to only deal through PSK's official channels or contact 09-5317160 for further information.
