PETALING JAYA: Former PKR member of parliament Datuk Abdullah Sani Abdul Hamid has moved to address a video of him with a handgun several days ago.
In a short post on X, the former Kapar MP said he had been licensed to carry a firearm since 2012.
"The weapon can't be left just anywhere and must be under my supervision at all times. So, it's not just with me at the stadium, but wherever I go," he said.
Abdullah Sani was spotted with the firearm in a hip holster in a video which has since gone viral, while giving a press conference in his capacity as acting Kuala Lumpur Football Association president.
