SEPANG: A man was trapped under a taxi after being hit by the vehicle while he was inspecting his car, which was involved in an accident near the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) 2 today.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations) Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said officers from the KLIA Fire and Rescue Department rushed to the scene after receiving a call at 6.57am today.
He explained that the accident involved three cars, and the officers found a man trapped and unconscious.
"The victim had previously exited his vehicle, which was involved in the accident, when a taxi arrived and hit him, causing him to be trapped under the taxi.
"Rescue operations are currently underway," he said in a statement today.
