ALOR STAR: Kedah's last flood relief centre at SMK Alor Merah, Kota Setar, was closed at 9.30am today.
The 89 victims from 25 families who had been sheltering there since yesterday evening have returned home.
The Social Welfare Department's Disaster Information app reported that 11 centres in Pokok Sena and Baling closed yesterday.
However, Sungai Anak Bukit in Kota Setar remains at a danger level, said the Public InfoBanjir website.
The first wave of floods that hit mid-September affected more than 8,400 people in seven districts. Many victims described it as the worst in 14 years.
During the second wave, around 1,400 victims were evacuated.
