'Langgar' star's cash-filled bag missing after car crash

KUALA LUMPUR: An action star says that his bag containing business items and a sum of cash went missing in Kuala Lipis, Pahang, last Friday after he and his wife were involved in an accident.

Azlan Komeng, 48, whose real name is Muhammad Azlan Kamiran told Sinar Harian that he was unsure if the bag had fallen or missing. He hopes that whoever finds it will return it to him or his wife, Nur Nilam Ortiz.

"We didn't realise that the money from our business that day had gone missing, and we are not sure if it fell out or got lost inside the car, on the day of the accident."

He urged anyone who finds the missing money to contact him, his wife or his foster brother, Jalil Razak, who shared the message in a TikTok video.

Jalil also posted an update on Azlan's current condition, showing that he is still bedridden at hospital.

"I hope that anyone who finds the bag will return it to me, Azlan's wife, or Azlan himself.

"Whoever accidentally took the bag during the accident, do return it as it contains items related to his business, including money."

In last Friday's incident, Azlan ws driving a Perodua Kancil which collided with a Royal Malaysia Police lorry, leaving the actor with severe injuries. He broke his right arm, both legs, and his hip.

The accident happened when Azlan, his wife and the couple's child were on their way to a carnival site.

The "Langgar" star is currently receiving treatment at the Sultanah Nora Ismail Hospital in Batu Pahat, Johor. He is expected to undergo another surgery to treat his fractured hip.
