SUNGAI BULOH: Firemen are battling a fire that has engulfed two factories along Jalan Welfare in Kampung Baru Cina, here.
The smoke from the fire which broke out early this morning could be seen by motorists driving along the North-South Expressway.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations) Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said they received a distress call at around 6.36am.
"We immediately dispatched four fire engines, three water tankers and 29 personnel," he said when contacted, adding four fire stations were involved in the operation.
"The fire is still raging and we are still trying to control and put the fire out," he said, adding there were no casualties.
