AMPANG: Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd has confirmed that one of its Rapid KL buses was involved in a collision with a motorcycle at the traffic lights near SK Ampang Campuran, leaving the motorcyclist injured.
The incident, which occurred on Dec 1, involved a bus on route T301 (Taman Mulia Jaya - Ampang Point).
"The motorcyclist sustained injuries and was taken to Ampang Hospital by ambulance at 3.15pm for further treatment. At the time of the incident, six passengers were on the bus," Rapid Bus said in a statement today.
Fortunately, neither the passengers nor the bus captain sustained injuries in the collision.
Rapid Bus has pledged its full cooperation with the police investigation.
