KOTA TINGGI: A 21-year-old motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries in the hospital after colliding with two cars at KM15 of Jalan Kulai-Kota Tinggi yesterday morning (Jan 1).
In the 8.20am incident, the victim crashed into the rear of a car travelling from Petri Jaya to Kulai after it slowed down due to traffic.
His motorcycle veered in the opposite direction of traffic and collided with another oncoming vehicle.
District police chief Superintendent Yusof Othman said the victim sustained severe head injuries and was rushed to Kulai Hospital before being transferred to Sultanah Aminah Hospital in Johor Baru.
He succumbed to his injuries later that day.
The drivers of the other two vehicles were unharmed.
