KUALA LUMPUR: A woman has turned to social media to help her track down a road bully whom she claimed assaulted her father last week.
In a posting on her Facebook page, Saraswathy Sivapalan claimed the incident took place at 9am on Jan 30 along Jalan PP 2/5 in Taman Putra Prima, Puchong.
"My 74-year-old dad was assaulted by a road bully in broad daylight. We have lodged a police report but he (the suspect) has gone into hiding," she claimed.
Saraswathy claimed the assault left her father with three broken bones, swelling and injuries to the mouth.
"He will require surgery due to this assault," she claimed.
The suspect, she claimed, was driving a Perodua Axia.
"Do contact 011-2121 4397 or the nearest police station (if you have any information).
If anyone has videos of the incident, please forward them to this number."
Saraswathy, in the posting, pleaded with netizens to help her get justice for her father, which she said would also serve as a deterrent to other road bullies.
