TUMPAT: Both Pakatan Harapan (PH) and Barisan Nasional (BN) in Kelantan will use their own logos in the upcoming state election.
PKR leadership council chairman for Terengganu and Kelantan Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad said both parties had also agreed not to contest the same seats.
"Overall, the seat distribution betwern PH and BN in Kelantan are fine and we are now in a good mood.
"In Kelantan, PH will use its logo while BN will use its own so that there will not be any clash in seat distribution.
"Praise be to God. I believe we will not face any problems. Tonight, I will attend a ceramah in Kota Lama.
Nik Nazmi who is the Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change Minister told this to reporters after hearing a briefing on the latest development of the Kelantan Integrated River Basin Development Project (PLSB) at Teluk Renjuna here today.
He said the seat distribution between the parties in Kelantan went smoothly and faster than expected.
"For me, this is a good sign and we must always be in positive mood. We want to ensure PH and BN's mission to 'check and balance' in the state assembly will be successful," he added.
Kelantan government recently announced for its State Assembly to dissolve on June 22 to pave the way for the state election.
There were 45 seats in the state with 37 held by Pas, seven by Barisan Nasional and another by Bersatu.
