Cheras LeisureMall, a neighbourhood mall in Taman Segar, Cheras, which is owned and managed by PPB Properties, the property division of PPB Group Bhd, is expanding its retail offering with the opening of Grand SenQ next month.
Grand SenQ, an exclusive concept shop on Level 2, is set to debut on Sept 15. It will be the first exclusive concept store in Klang Valley, and the largest in Malaysia.
It will have a total floor space of around 23,000 square feet and will sell electrical and electronic equipment, home furnishings and homewares, as well as kitchen and bathroom supplies.
Meanwhile, Future Trend Technology has moved to a larger lot on Level 1, giving customers more alternatives for computers, electrical gadgets, accessories, and repair services.
Chun Yang Tea, a Taiwanese-inspired F&B café providing tea and snacks, has also opened its doors.
PPB Properties stated in a statement that with the latest additions to the tenant mix, Cheras LeisureMall intends to refresh its shopping experience as a one-stop neighbourhood mall.
Since its inception in December 1994, the mall, conveniently placed along Jalan Cheras, has become a landmark and popular attraction in Cheras.
