The burgeoning education cluster in Bandar Sunway is expected to generate significant demand for YOLO Signature Suites by OCR Land Holdings Sdn Bhd.
The RM284.9 million Bandar Sunway project recently celebrated its topping up.
According to Billy Ong Kah Hoe, managing director of OCR, YOLO is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2023.
The low-density 40-story building, which has 395 unique apartments, is situated in Bandar Sunway's first "socialtainment" hotspot, which has a variety of lively contemporary lifestyle amenities, including the first sky bar in the neighbourhood with a Bangkok motif.
YOLO also features landscape decks, a swimming pool, and a gymnasium.

Ong said the early commitment from leading retailers also indicates the firm future potential of YOLO in becoming the next urban lifestyle hotspot.
"We are confident that YOLO will be able to derive high rental cover with yields of up to 8 per cent," he said.
