KUALA Lumpur City are unhappy with the refereeing in the Super League.
On Friday, controversial decisions saw them lose 3-2 to Kedah at the Darulaman Stadium in Alor Star.
After analysing the match video, the City Boys are likely to write in to the FA of Malaysia (FAM) regarding the match officials.
Referee S. Logeswaran officiated the match, assisted by D. Visnukumar, Ismadi Ibrahim and Shahrul Amin Aziz (fourth official).
KL City chief executive officer Stanley Bernard was quick to respond on the matter.
"Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely... we will write again to the FAM, absolutely," said Stanley yesterday.
"I did write an official letter questioning the first penalty against Melaka last month. The FAM responded by saying they would look into it. "We will write to them again regarding the referee.
"We hope to see some changes."
On March 20, KL were unhappy with the referee for not spotting an offside and awarding Melaka a penalty, converted by Alex Goncalves, in which the latter won 2-1.
As expected, KL coach Bojan Hodak, although unhappy, refused to comment on some of the referee's decisions.
"We were leading 2-1 until stoppage time when Kedah scored from a penalty and then from an offside position.
"This is not the first time. It has been like this for the last few games.
"I do not want to comment about it. What I can is the weather is nice in Kedah, the people too. There's nothing else to say.
"Maybe you can request for an interview with the referee," said Hodak, adding that KL should have won the match.
Kedah coach Aidil Sharin Sahak said KL's compact and tight game made it difficult for them.
"The only thing I can say is that the fans motivated us when we were down. I told the boys that we needed to win for our fans, and they did just that.
Kipre Tchetche was Kedah's hero with two stoppage-time goals, one from a spot-kick and the other through open play, while Fayadh Zulkifli Amin (71st minute) scored the other for the Red Eagles. KL netted through captain Paulo Josue (50th) and Giancarlo Gallifuoco (79th).
