KUALA LUMPUR: Selangor have made a significant addition to their roster by securing the services of Jordanian national Under-23 forward Reziq Bani Hani for the upcoming 2024-2025 M-League season.
The Red Giants, who will also play in the Asian Champions League 2 (ACL 2), hope Reziq will inspire the team.
A seasoned player at just 22 years old, Reziq made his debut for Jordan at the Under-16 level. He also played in the 2023-2024 Asian Champions League with Al-Faisaly SC.
"I aim to bring my wealth of experience to help Selangor do well in the M-league and ACL 2. I am fully committed to giving my all on the field to meet the club's expectations," said Reziq.
Reziq captained the Jordanian team in the recent Under-23 Asian Cup in Doha, where they failed to reach the second round, garnering only a point in the group stage.
