KUALA LUMPUR: Football coach Tan Cheng Hoe is back in Malaysia, and not revealing much where he is headed next.
He is still waiting for news from Thai club Police Tero on their plans.
There have been reports that Cheng Hoe's stint with Police Tero may have ended after three months following their relegation to the second division.
In February, Cheng Hoe, 56, quit his post as Selangor coach to join Police Tero who were already languishing at the bottom of Thai League 1
"Nothing has been confirmed yet. While Tero had to trim their budget, I'm considering their team setup and plans for the 2024-2025 season."
Cheng Hoe said he had discussions with a few Thai Division One clubs, but nothing has been finalized.
"I'm keen to continue in Thailand because it offers a new experience for me. I believe my work there isn't finished."
The former national coach also dismissed reports of him working for FAM again or joining Johor Darul Ta'zim.
