Thailand are second on 60-47-69 while hosts Cambodia are third with 58-48-66.
Indonesia (51-43-62), Singapore (38-32-38) and Philippines (31-57-74) fill the fourth to sixth places.
Malaysia remains in seventh on 29-35-62.
