KUALA LUMPUR: Fans of popular artistes Fattah Amin and Nur Fazura Sharifuddin are looking forward to the couple’s wedding reception tomorrow.
The reception, which will be held at the Royale Palace in Shah Alam, will accommodate 5,000 lucky fans to partake in the celebrations with the two stars - lovingly dubbed Fattzura.
An invite to the reception was posted by Nur Fazura on her Instagram account two days ago.
The post has gone viral with 149,000 likes and more than 9,560 comments.
Fans congratulated the couple and tagged their friends to come along for the occasion.
An Instagram user, its.ainazlkfli, noted that the wedding reception was on the same date as her birthday.
Another Instagram user, nur_hidaya, called on fans not to have unrealistic expectation from the hosts on that day.
She said the reception was not just about the couple as there will be thousands of fans at the function.
“The intention is to bring joy to the event. Be it ordinary people or celebrities, we should not go just for the food or to receive great treatment from the hosts,” she said.
According to the couple, it is an informal event and they had put in much effort to ensure that their fans have a good time.
The couple wants to celebrate with their fans and to give them something special for their strong support throughout the years.
The pair officially became husband and wife on Nov 27 last year after the 28-year-old actor recited the wedding pledge in front of family members and close friends at a private ceremony held at a leading hotel here.
