KUALA LUMPUR: Popular singer-songwriter Yuna is set to rock Sarawak's capital Kuching on Oct 27 as part of her Yuna Asia Tour.
Her two-hour concert at Hikmah Exchange is organised by RK LiveAsia and Icon Entertainment, and marks the first time she makes Sarawak her main Malaysian concert destination instead of the Klang Valley.
A statement from the organisers yesterday said: "Yuna takes her music to every corner of the world and Kuching folk will have a rocking good time on Oct 27."
The Yuna Asia Tour will also be held in Tokyo, Japan on Oct 16 and Singapore on Oct 18.
The concert coincides with the launch of Yuna's fifth album Y5 and the 37-year-old singer promises to entertain fans with her popular English and Malay hits such as Hello, Dan Sebenarnya, Rescue, Terukir Di Bintang and her latest single Masih Sunyi.
