#Showbiz: D'Masiv captivates fans in KL [NSTTV]

KUALA LUMPUR: Indonesian rock band D'Masiv made a return yesterday with a 'Cinta Sampai di Kuala Lumpur' concert that captivated over 2,000 fans at Megastar Arena in the city centre. 

The evening show commenced at 8.15pm with an opening act by Tam of Spider, who presented four songs: 'Tapi Bagaimana', 'Aladin', 'Relaku Pujuk', and 'Bila Nak Saksi'.

D'Masiv kicked off their performance explosively with one of their most beloved tracks, 'Rindu Setengah Mati', setting an energetic tone for the night. 

Brimming with excitement, fans enthusiastically sang along to every lyric throughout the entire 120-minute concert.

They then treated fans with another 19 songs to a musical journey through time, performing 'Diantara Kalian', 'Cinta Sampai Disini', 'Merindukanmu' and 'Pergilah Kasih'.

Apart from his hits, the band also performed 'Di Bawah Langit yang Sama', 'Diam Tanpa Kata', 'Apa Salahku' and many more. 

While presenting their final song for the show, the emotional climax occurred during the band's performance of 'Cinta Ini Membunuhku,' with the entire hall illuminated by the glow of phone flashlights.

D'Masiv comprises vocalist Rian Ekky Pradipta, guitarists Dwiki Aditya Marsall and Nurul Damar Ramadan, bassists Rayyi Kurniawan and Iskandar Dinata and drummer Wahyu Piadji.

"We are on a world tour and Malaysia is one of our destinations for the tour. 

"We are finally in Malaysia tonight, but we still have yet to get our Nasi Lemak because no one is delivering it to our hotel.

"Tapi Malaysia tu best gila tau (But Malaysia is incredibly fantastic)," the vocalist said.  

Rian also shared exciting news, revealing that they will be releasing a new album in April this year, causing the crowd to go wild.
