KUALA LUMPUR: "I prefer to find someone new."
That's what actress Puteri Sarah Liyana Kamaruddin said when asked on how she would end her singlehood.
In a Harian Metro report today, the 38-year-old artiste also hinted that she would not rekindle an old relationship just to get married again.
Despite having being divorced for a year now, Puteri Sarah remains single and said that she had not met Mr Right yet.
"If I'm fated to re-marry, and with the right man, I'm okay. Being a human and still young, of course it'd be nice to have a partner.
"If there's 'jodoh', why not? But if I'm destined to remain single, I'm also okay with that," she said.
Puteri Sarah was married to filmmaker Syamsul Yusof between March 8, 2014 and June 14, 2023.
She added that she was grateful to still be very close to her former parents-in-law, Datuk Yusof Haslam and Datin Patimah Ismail.
