KUALA LUMPUR: "When I woke up in the morning, I was caught by surprise to read the gossip about me and Angel," says actor Amir Ahnaf.
In a Harian Metro report today, the 24-year-old artiste admitted that he is close to Dolla member Angel but treated their relationship just like siblings.
"We became friends early last year after we met at CelebFest in Singapore.
"Although we're close, we've never gone out together," he said.
Amir also denied that there had ever been any rumours about them before this, but after he was seen attending the 'Dolla Re:Birth The Experience' concert last weekend, suddenly the gossip began circulating.
"Being friends, I attended the concert because I wanted to support them since this was their debut concert.
"I've been their fan since they released their debut single 'Dolla Make You Wanna'," said Amir who felt sorry for Angel who would also be asked the same thing by curious fans.
Amir added that both he and Angel were too focused on their work to even think about having any romantic relationship at the moment.
