#SHOWBIZ: Actor Hafidz Roshdi sad ex-wife assault case goes to trial

KUALA LUMPUR: Actor Hafidz Roshdi who appeared calm at the Kuala Kubu Baru magistrate's court this morning was saddened after the court announced that his assault case involving ex-wife Nurul Shuhada Mat Shukri would go to trial.

According to Harian Metro, Hafidz, who was present in a purple shirt, initially appeared friendly when greeted by the media and said that he wanted to have breakfast first.

"I want to go and eat. Hungry," he said with a friendly smile.

However, as soon as he left the court, Hafidz looked sullen when he was greeted by the media again.

"No comment," he replied curtly to all questions.

Hafidz attended the court session without his wife, Athirah Yuhada, similar to the previous two proceedings.

He quickly headed out of the magistrate's court compound.

However, Nurul Shuhada was not present for today's proceedings.
